Hello! Simon was abandoned by his previous owners and was left to fend for himself. We were notified that a good Samaritan who was looking for her lost dog found Simon; he was extremely dehydrated and skinny. As much as she wanted to keep Simon she needed to concentrate on finding her own dog and contacted us for help. Simon is extremely smart and very friendly. He loves to run and enjoys being around people. With a little training Simon would make his new owner extremely happy.
