Hi! My name is Felix and I'm a 3 yr old Papillon mix. I am a VERY LUCKY BOY because I was saved from being killed at Rabies Animal Control. My foster mom says that I'm a angel and that someone is going to be very lucky to have me in thier lives. I am a VERY LOVING boy once I get comfortable with you. I am a bit shy meeting new people (especially men) but once I've made friends with you I'm a very sweet boy and will bring tons of joy to your life!! I will do best in a home that has no kids and where I can be the center of attention, and have a furry playmate.
